Imposition and waiver of prohibitions against alienation of a real or movable estate

The documents required:

• the document on the basis of which imposition or waiver of prohibition is made (pledge agreement, mortgage agreement, permanent alimony agreement, reports from a bank or an enterprise about granting a loan to a citizen, statement of investigative authorities and court decision about arrest of a real estate object, and other documents set forth by the laws);
• passport of a person who has consulted a notary.
