Authentication of agreements
Agreement of sale and purchase, gift or exchange of real estate (apartments, dwelling houses, garden cottages, non-residential premises, garages, etc.)
The documents required:
- title deed (agreement, certificate, court judgment, etc.) with a note of registration at the Technical Inventory Bureau;
- property registration statement (if available);
- extract from the Register of titles to property from the Technical Inventory Bureau;
- opinion on money (expert) market value made by an estimator who is entitled to conduct an expert appraisal for tax purposes;
- family composition certificate on form № 3 (or certificate of absence of the registered persons) taken from a housing office (ZHEK), housing association, associations of co-owners of apartments of one building (relevant for apartment and dwelling houses only);
- notarized application-consent of a wife (husband) if a real estate is a joint property of spouses + marriage certificate;
- approval of a guardianship and wardship authority if a property belongs to or is used by a child under 18 and notarized consent (presence) of both parents + birth certificate;
- passports and certificates of taxpayer identification number assignment to the parties;
- the document certifying assignment of a cadastral number to a land plot and the area on which the building (for houses, garages and other detached buildings and constructions) is situated.

The documents required:
- official act and an Agreement (if available);
- certificate of absence of encumbrances (restrictions) issued by the land resources authority (the department of state cadastral register);
- certificate about lands structure issued by the land resources authority (the department of state cadastral register);
- extract from land records issued by the land resources authority (the department of state cadastral register);
- extract from the technical documentation about normative money value of a land plot (only in case of exchange or gift);
- opinion on money market (expert) value made by an estimator who is entitled to conduct an expert appraisal for tax purposes;
- certificate of cadastral number assignment (if the cadastral number is not stated in the official act);
- notarized application-consent of a wife (husband) if a land plot is a joint property of spouses + marriage certificate;
- passports and certificates of taxpayer identification number assignment to the parties.
Permanent alimony agreement

The documents required:
- constituent documents of a legal entity amended and revised;
- extract from the state register of legal entities and individuals-entrepreneurs having information about founders;
- certificate or reference saying that the charter capital has been formed and that the disposed share has been fully paid;
- If the share is being sold not to a participant of a company, then – notarized application-waiver of right of a priority purchase made by all other participants of a company;
- notarized application-consent of a spouse for concluding an agreement if a share was purchased during marriage and marriage certificate;
- passport and certificates of taxpayer identification number assignment.
